Hi, I’m Saira! I’m a User Experience Researcher focused on creating great user experiences through thoughtful research and a deep understanding of people.

 

I’ve worked across a variety of industries—including tech, legal, entertainment, innovation, and digital marketing—which has shaped a curious, user-first approach to solving problems and understanding different perspectives.​

Before stepping into UX research, I collaborated with cross-functional teams at a software house, offering consultation on website design, development, and digital marketing strategies. I later joined a monthly lifestyle publication, where I sharpened my skills in audience engagement and content strategy.

At the heart of my work is a genuine curiosity about how people think, feel, and behave. I observe, analyze, and iterate to make sure users’ voices are at the center of every decision. Looking back, user advocacy has always been a common thread in my career—even before I officially stepped into UX. Today, I’m driven by the opportunity to turn user insights into meaningful, impactful solutions.
